Nephesh is a progressive house and techno DJ based in Curitiba, Brazil. In a year and a half, he has earned recognition for his technique and curation, landing dates alongside major names in the scene.

His story with music began at 13. A guitarist and drummer, Nephesh was one of the standout students of his guitar course. The same happened at Vibe DJ College: recognized for his skill, he was invited to be the assistant teacher of the course's second class.

The quality of his performances opened doors quickly. Nephesh played the closing set of D-Nox's night at Club Vibe and the warm-ups for Juan Hansen, Albuquerque, Aninha, Ashibah, Kamilo Sanclemente and ZAC. On March 20, 2026, his birthday, he was invited to play the main slot of the Trinity Showcase at Club Vibe, alongside Raffael Camargo. With that, he has played every slot of the house: warm-up, peak time and closing. He was also a finalist in the Vibe DJ Contest and has played events by labels such as Epicenter, Progressive Connections and Cura Records.

Together with friends, Nephesh has also created parties at Club Vibe, signing the nights of Albuquerque and Kamilo Sanclemente. On Kamilo's night, he brought a No Phones policy to the dance floor: phones put away, so the connection with the music and the crowd could feel the way it used to.

His sound starts in hypnotic progressive house and moves into techno, where the intensity of heavy metal, the musical school that brought him into this world, comes back. Guy J, Patrice Bäumel, Donato Dozzy and Hernán Cattaneo are some of the references that best describe his sound.

Nephesh values hypnotic floor-building and a relentless search for new music. Intense and reserved, he says through music what he doesn't say in words. Every set is built from tracks that move him deeply, carefully dug out, as he has done since he was a boy. His wish is that the crowd leaves feeling there was something bigger behind that performance: a deep emotion that came from within and was shared with everyone there. Built together. Dance floor and artist. For a few moments, the idea is that people forget their phones and their worries and are simply present, with body, heart and soul.

Nephesh means soul. And it was in music that he found the way to express his own.
